Maintenance Guide

1. Clean the Surface Regularly

Wipe the faucet body, handle, and storage shelf with a soft cloth and neutral detergent (e.g., dish soap) weekly to remove water stains, soap scum, and dust. Avoid using abrasive cleaners, strong acids, or alkalis, as they may damage the surface coating. Rinse thoroughly with clean water and dry with a soft towel to maintain shine.  

2. Inspect Hoses & Connections

Check the handheld hose and water supply connections every 6 months for looseness, wear, or leakage. Tighten loose fittings with a wrench (avoid over-tightening) and replace damaged hoses immediately. The stainless steel braided hose is anti-twist and anti-burst, but regular inspection extends its service life.  

3.Clean the Valve Core & Water Outlets

• Remove the shower head and handheld sprayer every 1–2 months, soak them in a mixture of warm water and vinegar for 30 minutes to dissolve limescale. Rinse thoroughly and reattach.  

• If the water flow becomes weak or uneven, turn off the water supply, disassemble the faucet handle, and flush the valve core with clean water to remove impurities. Avoid touching the ceramic disc with sharp objects.
