What accessories should be checked before installing the basin faucet?
Check whether the main body, inlet hoses, sealing rings and fixing base are complete before installation. Clear debris in water inlets to prevent impurities from damaging the cartridge. Make sure the countertop hole size matches the product specification before installation.
Why does the water flow of kitchen faucet become weak?
In most cases, limescale accumulated in the aerator reduces water flow. Unscrew the aerator, clean impurities and reinstall it. If the flow remains low, check if the inlet hose is bent or the water pressure is insufficient.
How to maintain the surface of bathroom faucet daily?
Use soft damp cloth for daily cleaning. Avoid strong acid or alkaline cleaners and steel wool, which may scratch the coating. Wipe off water stains promptly to reduce limescale build-up.
Can I replace the hose of shower set by myself?
Yes. Confirm matching thread size before purchase. Turn off water supply before replacement. Wrap PTFE tape for better sealing. Turn on water slowly after installation and check for leakage.
Does a slightly dripping faucet require immediate cartridge replacement?
Turn off water first and disassemble the handle to inspect the sealing washer. Washer aging often causes dripping. Replace the washer for testing first. If dripping persists, inspect or replace the cartridge.
Does thermostatic shower set have requirements on water pressure?
Thermostatic shower products require stable inlet water pressure. Unstable pressure may cause water temperature fluctuation. A pressure stabilizer can be installed for large water pressure difference.
